Buffet Services Include: -buffet table set up with chafing dishes, utensils, menu cards and linens -garnish table set up ready to serve with linens -all condiment items will be supplied as per menu selection -food presentation set up ready to serve both hot and cold items -set up and clean up of buffet and garnish tables -paper plates, plastic utensils, paper dessert plates and paper napkins -upgraded dinnerware available, see rental packages -appropriate staffing based on selected menu option - Full / Partial / Self serve -full size BBQ and chef (if applicable) -garbage & recycling bins are available -first aid kit & fire extinguisher at event -outdoor or indoor stereo system playing 70’s, 80’s, 90’s & current hits. Full Service is when each item on the buffet table is served to your guests. This includes salads, pasta, vegetables, potatoes and entrees.
Partial Service is when the hot portions of your meal is served to your guests. The rest of your menu items are self serve by each guest.
Self Serve is when the complete buffet is served by each guest. All serving stations are set up with proper utensils for easy & clean access. There is staff on hand at all times replenishing the buffet when required.

Bar Service is available through Vendolicious Catering. Vendolicious will provide your event with our trained and certified "Smart Serve Staff". This will ensure that your guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. Call for details

FREE Sampling is offered when tentative booking form has been completed with the client and our catering coordinator. The client will be presented with a sampling of the meal that has been chosen for the event. This will take place in a private setting. There is a limit on number of persons for meal sampling.
